Making a Purchase

We accept payment by most recognized credit and debit cards through a secure online payment system.

Once you have finished shopping, your order is placed for the print of your choice by you pressing the "submit" button at the end of the checkout process.

You will receive a return email confirming both what you have ordered and the value of your order.

Delivery

We aim to ship your order within 20 working days of it being placed.

Your print will be rolled and inserted into a heavy weight cardboard tube to ensure damage does not occur in transit. In addition, the package will be insured during transit.

Prices quoted include the print, its protective packaging and the cost of postage within the United Kingdom. The additional cost of postage to other parts of the world will be confirmed by the return email noted above.

Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

If you are dissatisfied with your print, you may return it to us for replacement or full refund within 7 days of the delivery date, by sending an email to bob@lenstalk.com stating your order number and the reason for the return and we will advise you by return email how the print may be returned. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping and, unless the print is received undamaged and in its original packaging, no replacement or refund will be issued.

Refunds will be paid within 30 days.
